The 33 Perry Township residents whose properties have a deed restriction mandating that should the property ever become contiguous with the city of Salem they annex into the city within 90 or may have their water and sewer utilities shut off were awarded a temporary reprieve at Wednesday evening’s committee of the whole meeting.
